Color Atlas Privacy Policy

Color Atlas (Renk Atlası) is a coloring app designed for children. We do not collect any personal data. The app works fully offline, requires no account, and never sends any information about your child to our servers or to third parties.
1. Data We Collect
Color Atlas collects no personal data from you or your child. Specifically:
- There is no account, registration or sign-in.
- We do not ask for a name, date of birth, email or phone number.
- We do not access the camera, microphone or photo library.
- We do not collect location data.
- We do not use an advertising identifier (IDFA) or similar identifiers.
2. Data Stored On Your Device
- Your child's colorings, gallery and progress are stored only on the device, inside the app's own sandbox.
- This information never leaves the device and is not uploaded to our servers.
- You can delete colorings and the gallery at any time from within the app. Deleting the app also removes this data entirely.
3. No Ads, Analytics or Tracking
- The app shows no advertising.
- No third-party analytics or tracking tools are used.
- Your child's behavior is never profiled and no personalization is performed.
4. Children's Privacy
Color Atlas is designed to comply with Apple's Kids Category guidelines and with the COPPA and GDPR-K regulations. We knowingly collect no personal data from children. The app contains no advertising to children, no behavioral targeting, and no external links that can be reached without a parental gate.
5. Purchases
- Optional coloring packs are offered as purchases through the Apple App Store.
- Purchase screens and external links sit behind a parental gate, preventing accidental purchases by a child.
- We never see your payment details; all payments are processed by Apple.
- Purchases can be shared via Family Sharing and recovered with "Restore Purchases".
6. Sharing Artwork
The option to export and share your child's finished coloring sits behind a parental gate. Sharing can only be started by an adult and goes through iOS's standard share sheet. The image is sent only to the app you choose (e.g. messages, email); we never see or store that image.
7. Third-Party Services
The app uses only the Apple App Store / StoreKit service, and only for purchases. It sends no data to any other third party. For Apple's privacy practices: apple.com/legal/privacy
8. Changes to This Policy
When we make a significant change, we publish the updated policy at this address with a new effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
